A First Prize and a Third Prize in two international competitions
Paisit BON-DANSAC – First Prize in an international competition in Switzerland, Violaine DEBEVER – Third Prize in the “Académie Pianistique Internationale”.
Our young student Paisit BON-DANSAC has just won the First Prize in the Crans Montana international competition in Switzerland. This magnificent result, obtained at the age of only 16, was awarded in addition to the Audience Prize. This new trophy completes a most exceptional progression from this very young pianist in the last two years, during which he has obtained the First Prize of the Bellan competition, the First Prize of the “Adadémie Pianistique Internationale” and the First Prize in the Chatou Competition, after being unanimously admitted to the Paris Conservatoire at only 14.
As for Violaine DEBEVER, she was also a prize-winner (3rd prize) at the end of August in the 2008 “Académie Pianistique Internationale” of Aix-en-Provence. Amongst the twenty-five candidates from nine countries, she was the best-ranking French pianist.
